What are your hours of operation?

Our facility is accessible to tenants 24 hours a day year round.  Our office is open Monday thru Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.

What is the minimum rental commitment?

Rental agreements require a one-month commitment and continue as long as you need your unit.

Do I need to provide my own lock?

No.  Milton Storage provides your unit with an individual lock and a copy of the key for your use.  However, you may add an additional padlock to your unit if you’d like.

How do I rent a unit?

To rent a unit you’ll need to stop by our office and fill out a rental contract.  You’ll need to bring with you a valid photo ID, the first month’s rent, and a security deposit equal to one full month’s rent of your unit.  If your rental contract begins mid-month, the first month’s rent will be pro-rated to ensure you’re not paying for days you don’t use.

How do I end my rental agreement?

To end your agreement simply vacate your unit and return the key to our office during regular business hours.  Please remember to provide us with a 30-day notice of your departure date to ensure you reclaim your full deposit.

How do I make my monthly payments?

You can make payments by mail or in person at our office during regular business hours.  We accept checks, money orders, cashier’s checks, or cash.  Please remember, our mailing address is:  6641 N. Kennedy Rd., Milton, WI 53563.
